Who We Are

KidneyFuture brings together the people closest to the problem and closest to the solution: patients and families living with kidney conditions from birth, alongside clinicians, researchers, and advocates working to improve outcomes.

Our Mission

The KidneyFuture works to improve the lives of children and families affected by CAKUT through:

  • Education: Making complex kidney topics accessible to parents, caregivers, and patients.

  • Empowerment: Connecting families so they can learn, get involved, and advocate for better outcomes.

  • Research: Moving research forward to improve care today and enable future therapies for patients.

  • Collaboration: Bringing together patients, clinicians, researchers, and innovators to advance solutions.

All of our resources and programs are free for families. We believe informed, connected communities can change the future of kidney care.

A Mission Born from Personal Experience

A Message from Our Founder

I had a turning point when I realized that we couldn't just wait and watch while CAKUT progressed. Like many of you, our family faced the isolation and uncertainty of raising a child with kidney differences. KidneyFuture was founded to bridge the gap between patient needs and cutting-edge research. We are here to champion proactive kidney care, funding the advancements that will ensure a healthier future for all children and adults living with CAKUT.
