Bus departure is 7:50 AM on both April 16 and April 17 from the DoubleTree Silver Spring.
Summit start time is 8:30 AM both days at FDA.
The summit is a day-and-a-half meeting focused on collaborative discussions located at the FDA campus in Silver Spring, Maryland.
April 15: Arrival day, optional group dinner
April 16: Full-day sessions at FDA (early start)
April 17: Half-day sessions at FDA ending in the afternoon
Ideally arrive by April 15 as the meeting begins early on April 16, 2026.

Finding the Room: Once you pass through security, look for the digital signage on the hallway TV monitors. Our meeting name and "Section A" will be displayed to guide you directly to the Great Room. We are located in Section A for your convenience, as it is the closest section to the main entrance and restrooms.

There are no hotels located immediately next to the FDA campus. The DoubleTree by Hilton in Silver Spring is one of the closest and most convenient options.
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided on all summit days, with round-trip transportation between the hotel and the FDA campus (Hotel → FDA → Hotel).
Alternatively, attendees may choose to use their own transportation or rideshare methods.

For those taking the shuttle
Complimentary shuttle service will run between the DoubleTree and the FDA campus on both summit days.
April 16: Bus departs hotel at 7:50 AM
April 17: Bus departs hotel at 7:50 AM
After Day 1, the bus will return attendees to the hotel.
After Day 2, the shuttle will return to the hotel and continue to IAD Dulles only for those departing that afternoon.

Please allow extra time for FDA security screening and campus access.

Please plan for a 15 to 30 minute buffer for security and walking time
All visitors entering the FDA campus must meet the following requirements:

Check-in: Guests do not need to sign in at the second security desk; after the initial screening at Building 1, you can proceed straight to the Great Room in Building 31.

Summit Shuttle Transportation
- Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the hotel and the FDA campus on April 16 and April 17.
- On April 17, after the final FDA session, the shuttle will provide direct drop-off at IAD (Washington Dulles International Airport), with an estimated arrival time of 2:00 PM for attendees departing that day.
- Attendees flying out of DCA or BWI will need to arrange their own transportation to those airports.
